ESPINALER COD LIVER 125GR

Smoked cod liver from Espinaler. It has a velvety, soft texture similar to foie gras. Caught in the waters off Iceland, it is packed with omega 3 and Vitamin D. You can use cod liver like a pâté and spread it on toast or crostini with some cracks of black pepper on top, or in salads.
